The Taymount Surgery

Continuing from a fabulous start, from reception staff through practice nurses to GP, this is an ideal model of how community health can be run. I'm thankful to live in their catchment area, and really cannot praise the whole practice enough. But. . . There always a but! The waiting area is a goldfish bowl in the sun, I appreciate increasing power costs but a couple of decent fans would help on the two days a year we see sunshine! If that's the worst, well this is a great medical practice, you should be proud of yourselves as we are proud of you.

We're currently up to 207 calls, not even engaged - phone lines aren't on. Absolutely ridiculous. Putting people's lives at risk with this 'service'.

Dr Beveridge is a wonderful doctor. My son had to see him and his colleague today he is so kind and genuine and truly makes time for his patient's. Never made to feel uncomfortable put at ease straight away. Absolute asset to the surgery and medical field.
