IMS provided a very professional design & installation service. In particular they answered all the (numerous) questions about the GSHP technology and allowed us to make the decision to proceed. The system has worked as stated it would.

Finding a reliable renewables installer can be a headache. The market is dominated by small businesses, sometimes with little track record. Installation is a big outlay and technically complex so honesty, reliability and experience are essential requirements when choosing an installer. I chose IMS Heat Pumps because they are an established company with many years experience. I found them professional, friendly and efficient. Outstanding quick and efficient response from IMS to a domestic crisis! Our 10 year old GSHP stopped functioning on 17th December with a house load due for Christmas and temperatures at -1C. I rang IMS, spoke with Alan there who talked me through simple diagnostics brilliantly and then arranged to come the next day. 24 hours after it went down, it was fixed! Brilliant service and communications.
