Our camper van broke down due to a battery issue. Neil went well above and beyond his duties to help us out even though he was already busy with other customers. He immediately ordered all of the necessary parts (he was Kwik Thinking enough to order extra parts to cover all bases) and replaced them as quickly as possible. He kept in touch with us throughout the work so that we knew the situation. We cannot thank him enough. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Neil and his colleagues at Canal St Kwik Fit. Edit: Because of Neil's hard work, we got to our holiday and the kids were able to make happy memories that will stay with them forever (hopefully!).

Friendly welcoming staff,did'nt take too long,and appreciated the step by step guide as to what was being done,and being able to watch alignment on screen was interesting and informative.

Cant praise this Kwik Fit and their staff enough!! We got a puncture on M90, whilst towing our caravan on our way up North for the weekend. After a frantic phonecall to the shop and limping the car in, the guys got straight onto it, directed us to a coffee shop and we were back on our way within an hour!! Neil, Sean & Keiran (I think, Im soo sorry I cant remember the last guys name!!) We cant thank you enough for your amazing service. You went above and beyond, even checking the rest of our tyre pressures, topping up our windscreen wash, etc!!! You turned a very stressful situation into a really calm one. So thank you sooo soo very much.
