        I have bought two drums from Bertha drums shipped from the UK to USA. There is nobody in the world that can beat the packaging work they do. I received my 15 Tom and literally the packaging belongs in a museum. They bent over backwards to find me a matching base drum and it arrived in perfect shape. I highly recommend this company for thier superb customer service and care of packaging and communication!!!!

        The owner is helpful and a great communicator. He took a long time explaining the kit to me and making certain that everything worked perfectly. It arrived very quickly and it was beautifully packed. I think he must have used a complete roll of bubblewrap. Everything about the transaction was easy and on top of that the kit was very reasonably priced. I'd happily recommend Bertha Drums and go back there anytime.
