        I called at 8.15 am to ask if they had availability, they said they would phone back once they have checked. I called again at half 10 to check they hadn't forgotten, they said they would phone me back soon. They never called me back. I could have phoned other places if I knew they wouldn't bother with me. If they didn't have availability then that is fair enough but not knowing caused me delay.
