        Pay point - terrible customer service Id been sent a code and a link for pay point and the cashier refused point blank told me to make a complaint!!! they dont do cash back?? I hadnt asked for cash back on my card ?? I went with a code for money and the website clearly indicates this is 1 of the pay point places you can use to collect money the cashier didnt even acknowledge what it was for or anything I was just told we do not do thisI dont expect to be treated in the manner I was extremely rude and didnt care that I was making a complaint regarding this matter and also his behaviour towards me it was unacceptable I wouldnt of given any status if Id of been able to leave 0

        BP ME, mobile app to pay the pump never works, when I asked the person inside he just shrugged saying it never works. It's the only BP station I have had this issue with and has been like this for months.
