Really unhelpful staff. Got the impression I wasn't welcome. Don't often leave bad reviews, but it's the first time I've left a place thinking they really didn't want my business.

Be aware they just like the car sales man! Not recommand! I'm living in NL, this website had same merchandise in ebay and their website. Be pay attention what is most benifit payment to you. Becaue when I complained and request return the goods to the customer service due to the extra import charge of EU plus the shipping timeline did not like they mention. With all of these reason. The protential cost is not reflect to the tag price! Moreover the customer service from social media just don't give me a shxt.. :( Otherwise the merchanse have not issue and I pretty like it. But from now on I would go another shopping channel, instead to waste on this web.

What a joke the manager is ,Sent a pair of binos back to swarovski to get fixed and was told there is a charge (26) to send them back, Phoned Stirling to see if they charge for this service and was told they do not, Went in to collect them from Perth and said to the manager that Stirling does not charge for this service ,He says they do not make anything from sending them back ,which I replied you are a dealer and you make profit from selling there goods and returns were part of being a dealer, .He then said we can do it another way which would have made the charge dearer. I will not be back in Perth branch and if I need anything from bushwear I will purchase it through there web page but now it will only if I cannot source from else where. I would not even give it one star but that is the lowest rating there is
