        Awful. Very unprofessional, dodged my calls and wouldn't call back. James does not listen to you. Very, very bad advice on purchasing a house. Untrustworthy, unprofessional and lacks knowledge on mortgages. Do not use this man. Spent weeks wasting time with him. Eventually found an excellent and reliable mortgage service that was FREE just Google it! Avoid here.

        We went to James when we bought our first house and he was the first we went to when we wanted to move. We are a very complicated case with my husband being disabled but he put an incredible amount of work into our case and managed to get the LIFT Scheme (which is for first time buyer only) to help us move to a more suitable property. We now own a house which we thought was far out of our reach, but thanks to James and Joyce they made our dream house a reality. We were constantly kept in the loop about how we were progressing. We have recommended James to family and friends and without a dou t we would not go to anyone else. Thank you so MUCH James and Joyce!
