Absolutely useless. Hour to get through to claim line, told them exactly what was wrong with the car and simply wanted to know if they would cover it or not. They outright refused to answer saying they'd only have that discussion with a mechanic. So. I went to the mechanic and paid - because Momentum won't go near that initial cost - only for the mechanic to tell me I was completely right. Then I'm stood in the garage for over an hour trying to get back through to the claim line and got nowhere. In the end I went to the scrapyard, got the part and fitted it myself. These guys are useless and find every way to NOT cover things. Oh and they only pay 40 per hour labour - good luck finding a garage in the country willing to charge that low. Thankfully I got this warranty for free and can say without a shadow of a doubt that I will not be extending it and paying anything out of my own pocket. Five out of the six garages I initially went to turned me away when I said their name, do with that what you will.

Asked for car to be covered for wear and tear and to mainly cover my DSG gearbox but when car went in for a issue with gearbox, was declined due to Wear and tear not being covered to be told they dont cover cars over 70k but when cover was taken out it was way below, leaving me with a 4K bill to pay and loads of stress, would not recommend as falsely sold cover to which didnt fully cover my needs.

Utterly pointless product, avoid. The warranty is worth about as much as the piece of paper its written on. Wouldnt cover a new timing chain for my car and said they would only cover it for catastrophic failure which would mean a new engine and I very much doubt theyd have paid out for if Id let it get to that stage. Had to get 3 new callipers for my car too which I had to get sorted ASAP so paid for it upfront and called to see if they would reimburse me afterwords. Because I already had the work done on my car they said any claims are void

My car Nissan Qashqai was under Momentum Warranty when purchased from dealer back in January 2023, few days back called them regarding some warning lights on dashboard they asked me to get it diagnosed from any garage and they will take care of it. now after the garage gave them the report they say i am not covered for those issues and i might have to pay for all.Again tried to call them for their final reply but no answer from them. AWFUL COMPANY
