        Nice helpful staff apart from the one on the serving counter who was extremely rude, not just to me but to another customer who he decided to start serving at the same time. Purchases were dumped in a heap on the counter, no offer of a bag, would certainly put me off in the future.

        Had an issue with a pair of trainers that I purchased less than 6 months ago. From a store down south and I then spoke to the staff at this store who advised that we can exchange for replacement. So I walked out with a slightly different pair of trainers and I added a few pounds extra to get these ones. Very happy with the level of service. I have also replaced a child's size pair of trainers with what seems like a manufacturer defect, lots of excessive wear at the same spot on both trainers. Again the store where outstanding in replacement of another pair but slightly different type of trainer.. I'm very happy to recommend this store as the customer service is excellent here..
