Struans Motorhome Rental (Camper Van Hire Scotland)

If hiring for a holiday we would have booked one of Struans larger dog friendly MoHos. But as this was a short pooch free trip we decided to hire the more compact Adria Twin Supreme 640 SLB to see The Proclaimers in Inverness. The van drove absolutely fine throughout and was comfortable and toasty inside despite it being -4c on arrival at the campsite dropping to -8c overnight. The journey back from Inverness to Perth was 'wintery' to say the least and snow fell heavily on the A9 causing a lengthy convoy nudging along at 30mph in places. No trouble at all for the Adria. But the real credit goes to the Hire Team of Sarah and Jake, who were professional, friendly and so easy to deal with throughout the hiring process. Helpful on the phone and welcoming on arrival, I was offered a coffee prior to the documentary checks and completion of the necessary paperwork. A comprehensive handover was given before driving off. Unfortunately a Bambi on Ice incident just before the hire led to my Copilot hurting her arm and being unable to take up 2nd driver duties. Nothing serious thankfully. The team said no problem we'll refund that supplement for you. On dropping the van off our car left onsite was snowed in and Jake kindly asked the valeters to help us dig it out. So with 381 miles travelled during the trip I reckon we fell 119 miles short of our target ;-) Overall I can't rate Struans MoHo Rentals highly enough. What a great customer focused duo they have running that arm of the business. Keep up the good work guys!

Just returned from an amazing trip though the Highlands with a campervan. From start to finish the team at Struans have offered us nothing but an excellent service. They truly understand what customer experience is about and I cannot recommend them enough. Special thanks to Danielle & Sarah!
