Terese is a fantastic counseller. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable to speak freely. She is very insightful and I honestly could not recommend her enough.

Terese has a very calm and supportive manner about her. I felt relaxed and able to open up and share without feeling judged. I felt she empathised with me, even when I found my issues to be silly or petty. She helped me have a lot of 'a-ha' moments that helped me in my recovery journey. Previously having had CBT, I liked that Terese used different methods to get me to connect with my feelings and make me think outside the box. She gave me stuff to read or do at home, when I was up for it, which helped a lot to stay focussed outside of sessions. I would highly recommend Terese to others.
