Had great service today from Joe but have to say when I first went in everyone seemed busy until Joe came over to serve me and thank you as not easy with children trying to shop so fantastic .. his knowledge on technology was what I needed to make up my mind .. on the minus side I was in last week with my partner and got a very snippy rude woman who basically couldnt be bothered with his questions I think her name was VIV ! Older lady with blonde hair .. put me off going back so glad I got good service today :-)
