        Try the Himalaya Special curry - Madras strength. Best curry in town. I have been using this restaurant since 1985. I moved overseas but every single time I come back to Perth i come to Himalaya ..and despite 30+ years I have never had a bad dish.nor will the owner give me his recipe for Himalaya Special :) :)
