Unfortunately, we had a very sad experience here. My partner commissioned a ring for me for a very significant event at a difficult time in our lives. The design was beautiful (although did not look unique as it was the same as other styles available to purchase online) but the ring was faulty and the jeweller would not accept this/provide a refund. She instead wanted to make us another ring but by then the moment had passed and I was over the back and forth of trying to get my point across. I do not like leaving negative reviews, especially in small towns but Linda did not respond to our previous correspondence trying to enter dispute negotiations. The next step would be a small claims court which seems excessive for a fairly low cost item. We have a new baby and more fulfilling things to be focusing on just now. Buyers please beware. Nice designs but shameful attention to detail + customer service.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED I didn't receive my purchase. I contacted the Shop and received no useful information of the whereabouts of my purchase. Then i received a message saying I've been refunded. To my annoyance I've been paid back by an E Check . It's been ages pending in my PayPal Account. BEWARE IF PURCHASING ON LINE IT'S A POOR SERVICE.
