Excellent company. Kenny McCulley and the whole team at Perth were all round outstanding. They sold my flat in three days if it being on the market and Next Law dealt with the legal side of things. Definitely the best company to sell your property with in Perth.

Their website gives no indication of Lettings prices for the various lettings services they offer. When you call them the person who answers doesn't know either? How is this possible that a the price of standard services is not known by the Agent answering the phone?

I've dealt with, or at least tried to deal with, Next Home quite a few times over the last 10 years of living in Perth. They have been comprehensively useless every time. They don't respond to emails; never call back when they say the will; never have the required documents available.... I could go on, but it's not worth it. They're just plain hopeless. By far the worst agency I have had to deal with in the city.
