Our vehicle was damaged by this branch during attempts to repair our vehicle. Our window was scratched, and repairs to the door hinge resulted in a hole in one of the door cards. The service provision has been well below the standards you would expect with repairs being strung out over a protracted period resulting in a huge amount of disruption for myself and my partner who is currently pregnant. Despite numerous visits, and attempts to have all matters regarding the condition of our vehicle resolved these are still outstanding.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour to colleagues. I came in this showroom to enquire about a new GLA and after seeing the hostile environment that they work in, I walked straight out. The way they treated one member of staff was disgusting and I cant believe that the boss hasnt noticed this.
