I have been really impressed with the consistently high standard of treatment and care received from Tracey at Tailored Massage Tayside. The practice really does live up to its name. Tracey has a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in this field and it shows. She has helped me, patiently, resolve some significant long-term and short-term health issues over the few months through her practical skills and advice - for which I am VERY grateful. I would highly recommend visiting Tracey if you need to see someone who really cares about helping you return to full fitness and health again!

Visited Tracey due to ongoing lower back issues. Tracey was very knowledgeable and able to identify muscles and joints to focus on to help free off my back issues. She offered advice on stretching and muscle building exercises to help prevent future issues. Further to my initial treatment, Tracey has been able to assit with post exercise treatments after some long distance running. I would and have recommended Tracey to a friend.
