No end of problems - at first panels kit came damaged so had to go to B&Q and arrange replacement. Now there have been 6 occasions that they failed to collect damaged panels...every time collection is rescheduled with no reason. 2 weeks ago the guy finally came but said he didnt have space in the van so agreed he would come end of that day after delivering stuff. He never turned up, called later amd said he would come the following day - still no sign. Last week there were 2 dates they supposed to come. Nothing. Had email today sating they are coming,still no one turned up - cancelled. This is beyond the joke

Very poor customer services, was told I could pick my delivery date which was completely wrong, then one of my packages went missing, was then found and turned up but the shower trims were all bent. Shore laminates werent interested in me making complaint despite telling me their courier company were useless.

My personal experience was excellent I ordered a panel and 2 edging strips via Toolstation which were to be delivered direct from the supplier. There was some corner damage to the panel which was caused by the delivery driver dragging it up to my door (watched him do it) which he denied. I took some pictures explained the situation directly with the company exchanged 2 or 3 email's with a very helpful lady called Deirdre and she arranged and sent out a replacement next day. I hadn't seen the previous reviews and probably would not have ordered had I known, however credit where credit is due my experience was positive and I cannot fault them.

Honestly please avoid this place at all costs. I only ordered through them as it was part of my B&Q kitchen order. I had ordered 3 splash back panels. First delivery they sent 2 of my own splash back panels and the 3rd was addressed to someone else. When I queried it with them I was told that they were the same order so there shouldn't have been a problem. Except my order was coffee colored and the other person's was creme. They said they would deliver a new one and collect the one that didn't belong to me. So my new one was delivered but the refused to collect the other one, the delivery driver hadn't been told to collect anything. And the new one the delivered was half the size if what I ordered AND needed. Contacted them again. First got told there's nothing they can do and I would need to go through B&Q again. I put my foot down so they reluctantly agreed to collect the wrong one and deliver the correct one. Delivery driver appeared at the door, on a day that wasn't agrees, collected the wrong one but didn't know anything about delivering a new one!!! I'm Honestly at my wits end with them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
