Rafal spent alot of time helping me deal with stress in lead up to an important exam and sleep issues. Very professional and felt totally at ease and comfortable discussing things. Great at his job, highly enthused and caring towards his patients, best around and highly recommend him.

I've been attending sessions with raff to overcome issues with anxiety, weight and smoking. I can't recommend raff enough. At the start of each session raff took time to explain the plan for that day going over what we would do and what to expect in a professional yet friendly manner. Since my first session I have been feeling so much better. My relationship with food has improved dramatically and I am no longer hooked on diet coke and haven't touched it for weeks. Which is amazing as prior to seeing raff would drink at least 1ltr a day!! Had my smoking cessation appointment today and since returning from the session havent felt the need or want to have a cigarette long may that continue. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
