Don't bother letting tenants know they're moving offices. You ask them for permission for something and they don't check the mail box for over a week and then drag out approving permission asked for (having a 2nd dog in the house) staff are unhelpful and an all round joke. Quick to pester you if they want something from you but the second you ask for a simple permission letter it takes them weeks to even acknowledge you. If you need repairs doing you can guarantee you'll be waiting a minimum of 2 months for someone to bother getting back to you about it too.

I am a current tenant i pay ridiculous amount of money per month 500 for a 1 bedroom studio flat. I have reported countless problems that require maintenance one being black mold in the bathroom as there is no bathroom window just a extraction fan. I am ignored everytime i report a problem with my property. Their customer services are a joke! I wish I never signed a tenancy with them!
