Stayed here for 3 nights a couple of weeks ago and left 2 make up bags containing around 200 of cosmetics, contacted the hotel to ask them to forward them on to me and their reply was we have your items but it's against our policy to return things by post but I can go and collect my items!!!! I live 250 miles away I explained and they are refusing to send my property back to me, even though I have told them I am prepared to pay for postage, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!!!!! AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A DECENT HOTEL?????????
