Having been to a number PT's in the past and going to the gym 4/5 times a week I was not getting the results I was hoping to achieve.
We all know to lose weight you need to move more and eat less but easier said than done!
I had 8 weeks until my holiday so thought I would go to Jason to help me get fit for my holiday.
After 8 weeks of attending 1 session a week (70 miles round trip) along with nutritional guidance, achieving 10k steps a day and being accountable for my calories and macros I was able to lose lbs and inches!
Not only do I feel fitter, less bloated with eating cleaner, feel stronger and I'm even able to deadlift more than my body weight.
This result is only the beginning and only motivates me to get even fitter, leaner and stronger in the long term.
I'll be back after my holidays to start my PT again - you will get results if you put in the hard work.

Jason has helped me get my weight training confidence back. Through our sessions I have gained more strength and shed some of my lockdown weight gain. Especially when it has come to the nutrition side of my progress - he helps me stay accountable.
