All of the receptionists are rude specially if you can't get through to the prescription line and they speak to me like I have committed a crime, unfortunately I couldn't because of my throat infection so that's why I phoned the receptionist instead.

Total disgrace! You can never get hold of anyone here. When you press '0' for urgent medical attention, you still can't get through to anyone. NHS at its worse!!

Terrible practice. Have phoned every day now for a week and still can not get an appointment...to even speak to a doctor....could get a pre booked appointment but in eight weeks ...not good enough....

I have been trying to get an appointment for two weeks. Phone continuously from 8am to 10am, Always engaged. Lump is getting bigger

UNPROFESSIONAL, ENTITLED, DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCOURTEOUS. I have called this practice 18 times over 2 weeks to get an appointment. No one answers the phone at 8 am for hours. On the 19th call, finally I get a 2 pm apptmt for the next day. Dr Mathews decided that my issue was NOT WORTH her TIME AND DIDN'T CALL. Three days have gone by and still no call. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. This DR MATTHEWS IS DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCOURTEOUS OF ME AS A PERSON. DOES SHE THINK SHE IS DOING ME A FAVOUR? MAYBE IF THEY WERE PAID PER PATIENT THEY WOULD HAVE A DIFFERENT ATTITUDE. GETTING A "FREE" WAGE WHETHER THEY ENGAGE THE PATIENT OR NOT IS THE PROBLEM.. CLEARLY, GP'S needs diversity and customer care training.
