        Very polite, and helpful owners, went above and beyond, 100% customer service from me, I would have went to the shop and bought them, but my mobility is ziltch, better from a florist, freshly made up, delivered with care, my friend loved her flowers especially the butterfly, which was an added bonus, she is going to keep forever, I would highly recommend this florist, Also phoned back to make sure they were delivering to the correct address as I can't remember addresses only know where I am going Thank you so much for you help, as I find it, very difficult to communicate with others, made the experience for myself, less stressful i cant thank you enough, delivered the same day too
