Wish could put 0.... We were in on Friday afternoon m, by ,10pm 3 of 7 of us were ill and now 6 of us have confirmed food poisoning with one of the children needing hospital care. .....do not go there extremely poor customer service. Was told food would be 20 minutes and waited 50 minutes and the attitude of the female was disgusting

OFF from work for the last three days and will be more as still feeling terrible after eating food from Pepe. 6 members of my family and friends feeling same. With three children under the age of 6. When politely informed, guy over the phone was so rude. Well if this is the attitude then they don't have others to blame than their own selves. NO SHAME what so ever. Forget about empathy towards their customers. Now our time to make them famous for all wrong reasons. Now offering 50 percent discount for next order only when we decided to make this public. Mistakes do happen but witnessing sick attitude afterwards is UNACCEPTABLE. Hope they grow up and accept their mistakes in future for a change.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Visited on Friday, told our food would be 25mins. Waited 50 mins, food came, woman had an attitude when we had questioned about chicken wings. Friday night 3 of us stared feeling unwell, fast forward to now, 6 of us in total are ill. Confirmed food poisoning, 1 of which is on the verge of being in hospital. 3 who are 6 and under!! Called pepes yesterday to make them aware of the situation and was told "noone els has complained" doesn't mean it hasn't happened. When we had said we would take it further we were told "do what you want".. disgusting attitude to have with customers. I just hope the kids involved are okay!!!! The chicken seemed cooked okay so my guess was some cross contamination somewhere! I look forward to a reply from this business.

I recently visited this Pepe's restaurant and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. I ordered takeout and was impressed with how quickly my order was ready. The food was hot and fresh, and the flavors were outstanding. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my dining experience at Pepe's truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. I will definitely be back soon!
