BESPOKE windows by RKM

RKM were professional from start to finish. It was lovely to speak with the team who were knowledgeable about timber windows are not trying to sell me a UPVC product I didnt want. I wanted a colour match for my existing sash and case windows (blue exterior and grey internal). I am so delighted with the finished double glazed sash and case windows and we finally feel warm! No more condensation. There was a slight delay in fitting the windows but they pulled all the stops out to have them fitted before Christmas. The team cleaned up inside and out. They were polite and all went to plan. I would highly recommend RKM.

Living in and maintaining a "Listed Building" is fraught with untold issues. One of them is replacing a "Like for Like" Door. After Months of searching for a suitable firm I came across "Bespoke windows by RKM". Certainly not the Cheapest Door in my hunt for a replacement, but by far the Best solution as presented by "Ben" from RKM. It was a bit of a wait for my "Hand Made" and "Custom" new door, but it was well worth that time. Hard to get excited over a new "Door" as my cottage has many of them, but this new door exceeds by far, the quality of any of the rest. "It's not what you look at ; it's what you see" and the workmanship, hardware and locks on this door are superb, put together with the skills of the fitting team is just out "of the Top Drawer" Many Thanks indeed

First class service. All staff were friendly, responsive, helpful and reliable. Windows delivered and installed within promised timescale and team also provided help with removing and replacing blinds. Delighted with new windows. Would highly recommend this company.
