        Doctors are fine. Reception and Practice manager have a lack of efficient communication between each other. Been having an admin issue which I keep getting incorrect information about. Asked to speak to a manager about it and got told they werent in. Then got a call about an hour later when I was in the shower and had a vmail from the manager with no contact details to discuss my concerns but just saying Im going to be removed from the practice due to the said admin issue. Thats super helpful! Im sure an explanation would have perhaps cleared things up.

        I'm astonished at these negative reviews. We have always had a fantastic experience with this practice. From the lovely, friendly office staff to the wonderful GP's. Dr Cavanagh actually saved my life after an allergic reaction. If it wasn't for her and the forward thinking Dawn I wouldn't be here today. Very professional and caring.
