Perth crematorium is set in beautiful grounds and the staff I had any contact with were all nice enough. The reason I give only 2 stars is because of the woefully inadequate and outdated sound system. We spent a lot of time putting together the music for our mum's funeral after her death last year. I had to drive all the way to Perth from Glasgow a few days before the funeral, to drop off a memory stick with the music, because the crematorium staff couldn't take a digital file from an email. So 2 hours there and back, only to find that on the actual day the crematorium equipment couldn't open 3 of the 4 pieces of music. Really??? We live in the Digital Age, c'mon Perth council, update the equipment at the crematorium to a 21st Century standard.
