        AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I waited in all day after receiving an email that my delivery would be made that day. I should have been at the hospital with my dying Dad!! Kept checking all day and tracking said it was "Out for Delivery" then all of a sudden at 6pm the tracking changed to "Delivered" It certainly has NOT been delivered. Trying to contact this company is a total nightmare. Not reliable, awful customer service, steer well clear.

        Our supplier switched from TNT to Tuffnells 3 years ago. Driver Rab is a complete saviour, Always phones ahead to advise a delivery time so we can load and leave. Absolutely superb.
