        I have tried numerous times calling and no-one can tell me where my parcel is considering they have left 2 calling cards I cannot get a straight answer plus I keep getting cut off

        Thank you to the delivery driver who delivered a box of flowers to me in Kirriemuir, Angus. He went to a lot of trouble to put them in a safe spot. First class service

        Today was the second time the DHL driver simply left a card without knocking on the door and then went away. The first time was in summer when there were three of us in the house with all the windows open so he knew we were at home. Today there were two of us in and again he didn't knock, or even put the card through the letter box, just left it outside on the doorstep. Maybe they are making work for themselves by having to come twice, who knows. Very poor service
