    Do not use. Terrible customer service, terrible contact options. Delivery due Wednesday, email from Yodel stated delivery between 4:15pm and 6:15pm. Tracker updated at 5:30pm to say they needed more info about address. Phone line is automated bot that simply gives the information on the tracker app/page. No option to speak to a human, despite the line having opening hours like they have to employ humans to answer the calls. Webchat seems to be based outside the UK, or exclusively employs people with foreign names and no concept of regional areas (or, apparently, Google Maps). Webchat Thursday evening with an agent who claimed "a network fault" meant the driver could not locate my address and had scanned the parcel at the wrong location when he attempted delivery. (Google Maps and the postcode would actually suffice - they'd get on my street then follow the house numbers.) Was told at 6pm that delivery would have to be next day (despite them delivering until 9pm on week days). Thursday morning, the seller contacted Yodel and confirmed they had the correct address. Yodel webchat again said the driver attempted delivery but scanned the parcel in the wrong location because they had the wrong address, despite the webchat the previous evening and confirmation by the seller earlier. They told me the address was now updated and delivery would be Friday. I said it was unacceptable, the agent disconnected. Another webchat, the agent assured me the delivery was re-organised and would be a priority. But apparently they couldn't commit to that as it can only be done by the depot. Of course, he needed to update the address (again!) because it was wrong (still!), and me providing it in every chat session seemed pointless. I suspect my parcel will not arrive today (Thursday), and I will need to chase it again tomorrow (Friday), despite the assurances of the (likely non-UK-based) webchat agent. If I'm sending something, I will not be using Yodel unless there is absolutely no other option available.

    Very poor service. Parcel was at their delivery depot in Perth for a week but not delivered. They then said they returned it to sender after guaranteeing it would be delivered within 24 hours of my contact with them! The seller also contacted them and thinks they have lost it as they were asking what it looked like!

    God awful company. Like much other people have said my parcel was sat in this depot for 4 days but the app would say "out for delivery" for each day it was there. I sent a complaint on webchat and they told me that I'd get it 9pm that day and if not to get in contact again, which is really sneaky as they were shut for the following 2 days after. Rightfully enough, no parcel showed up at 9pm but was marked as delivered. I searched my garden and in my bins just incase and there is nothing so have had to get in contact with the original seller and with yodel to get this sorted. still awaiting an outcome to this mess but nothing yodel can do to justify this awful service. Through my emails with yodel I've been told that someone has apparently accepted my parcel using my last name but the driver was in the wrong location making me believe the driver has knicked my parcel or someone else is impersonating me. I dread whenever a company works with yodel because I have only ever received terrible service with them, unfortunately its mostly out of my control and I just have to hope and pray I get my packages.
