Absolutely dismayed at getting a parking ticket in Pitlochry. Drove 2hrs to visit the Enchanted Forest. As we drove into Pitlochry there were lot of cars half parked on the road and half on the grass verge causing obstruction along the whole main road. We visited 3 carparks which were totally rammed. Eventually we found a small carpark that was completely flooded which had a couple of spaces as people obviously didnt want to get their feet wet. We parked there and got a parking ticket for not parking within bay marking. Check the photo, the place was so flooded, we couldnt see any marking. Shambles.
