        As a guest of a good friend I was lucky enough to spend 5 hours on a Saturday having a great time at Indian Cook School. The set-up is great, the ingredients are spot-on, the assistance is delightful - thank you to Ross and especially T - and the teaching could not be better. Praveen was our teacher and he could not have done more to make the class a success. Recommended as a great time. In our class were folks who had been gifted the class by parents, by children, by friends and also lots of folks who also wanted to learn how to cook Indian food with more confidence and success. Indian Cook School surpassed everybodys expectations.

        What an amazing day. We loved every minute of our time spent at The Indian Cook School. I learnt so much and would highly recommend it....... I'll never peel Ginger again.... and 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil seems to covers most dishes..... . Thanks again for an amazing day.
