Awful. Post Office operates hours as it wishes with no concerns for customers at all. Perhaps they believe this to be a warm hub and we should be grateful they allow us to wait for an hour in the warmth. I have seen sloths with more dynamism. No other option, if and when they chose to work. A disgrace. I appreciate WH Smith staff are not involved with the Post Office, but the couldn't care less attitude permeates the entire store.
