        Not happy - didnt finish the job (rendering incomplete and will need re-done as it does not match the rest of the stonework, house sign not re-attached). Didn't clear up spilt render/mortar resulting in the gutter gulley being blocked by it and rainwater leaking into the hall. Render and pointing mortar is soft and crumbly despite being applied and left to dry in the warmest and driest 3 months for years! Poor job, will not use this builder again.
