We had several quotes for our sunroom build which were all fairly close in price but, based on a couple of verbal endorsements from people we knew, we decided to give Lee and his team the job. That turned out to be a brilliant decision. The quality of the work was first rate as was the attention to detail and we are extremely happy with how the build turned out. Lee stuck to the agreed timescales and to the original budget but, as an example of acting above and beyond, he even sold the old conservatory that was being replaced (and we assumed just skipped) on eBay and gave us the money. We can wholeheartedly recommend Lees company to anyone looking for a quality builder.
