        Would have given a zero if I could. Phoned and politely asked (I am always polite!) if he could help with a repair as laptop had been bumped and screen had disconnected from the casing. He just slammed the phone down without responding. Cant believe any business could be so horribly rude. Quite upsetting. No need for it at all. Awful! Obviously cant comment on his ability - just on his rather puzzling rude and abusive behaviour.
