        Had a serious problem (bent derailleur hanger, broken derailleur) on bike I use for commuting. Took it in Saturday morning and using their self-repair service, with the advice and massive assistance of an incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful young person there, I was going again by the afternoon. Thank you so much

        My bike was in for 7 weeks getting fixed and I had to chase them to hear anything about my bike. Eventually got my bike back and they hadnt finished everything I asked for.
