I had an awful experience. I was made to wait for Jason in my car for 45 minutes with no apologies. When he eventually came over to the car he was immediately standoffish with me and got extremely agitated when I told him I would have to come back later on with my husband as the car was in his name, he demanded to know if it would be that same day. He got even more agitated and told me that car prices were 'plummeting' and why would anyone wait to sell a car at this time. I then told him it was in fact the highest price WBAC had ever offerd us so how could that be?? He then asked if I had washed the car with an oily rag. At that point my 10 year old daughter looked up and shook her head. He informed me that the car didn't have an MOT even though I had shown him the certificate. I wondered if he was always this rude or just saved it all up for me. He showed the the valuation on his iPad but when I asked if I could show my husband he literally snatched the iPad from my hands and said 'erm I don't think so!' I asked him why and he said I was obviously driving round all the dealers to get the best price, this was not the case at all. At this point I was shocked at the way Jason had spoken to me in front of my daughter as felt that if my husband was with me he wouldn't have done so. This misogynistic approach is a huge disadvantaged to your company, even daughter asked me why he was so rude and said he wouldn't have spoken to you if Daddy was here.
