I am rather disappointed. I booked a brake check to get my rear calipers changed. Had to wait 3 weeks for an available slot, which I understand, but once arrived at the branch I was told to wait 1 hour, but ended up waiting for 6 and a half hours instead, and I was constantly told that the car was going to be ready within 1 hour. I am not sure how the sales part is, but I believe that should you need repairs you should go somewhere else. Also, I was charged 140 only to be told to change the brake pads, which is what I told them I wanted to do regardless multiple times. Shame that this is an Alfa Romeo dealer, worse one I've ever experienced.

Hired a 9 seater for the weekend. Great service even though I was early collecting the vehicle. The hire team are very professional, friendly and willing to help. Great people.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever been giving to date with Arnold Clark, just bought a van 2019 and they told me the van was now fixed, took the van home oil leak is still there van is now needing a clutch also the stop start doesn't work, they left the under belly try off van it was lying in back off van when I received the van the doors automatically lock on just opening the doors, I phoned back up about van they told me to take it to another Arnold Clark, we will now be taking Arnold Clark to trading standards and a lawyer van has also been to vosa
