There was a fault with the lining of the shoe (Adidas' fault, NOT Tiso's) and the people at Tiso Perth went out of their way to replace the shoes with a brand new pair that was shipped out on the same day I returned the faulty ones!
They were polite and friendly and 100 percent on my side. Can't ask for much more from a customer service experience to be fair!
