        We stayed again for 1 night. Jackie is so helpful and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotless (as was the entire place) and the shower was great. Lots of wee extras are supplied. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. The location of the b & b is very good as it's just a short walk into town. This is definitely worth a visit.

        Booked here for the night with my wife. As we were going to a gig in Perth! Excellent place with a great breakfast provided, The Grampian Hotel have recently taken this place over. And have had minor issues since doing so a month ago! Our shower was electric didn't work so wasn't hot. Explained this to the new host who said we could cancel if we wanted to! My reply was hell no as it's a lovely place. I Explained all we wanted was to shower, as there were no other free room's. He took me to what I can only assume was the private residence part of the previous owner, and allowed us to shower in there. Excellent service, excellent staff, lovely breakfast even though we had to go next-door this was not an issue. Myself and wife would most definitely book here again, if we need to stay in Perth in future. We only live in Cupar but with not driving, this was complete value for money. Considering the prices of other less appealing places in the area....
