Just had my lovely thick brows destroyed. Asked for a tidy up and they are now about 6 hairs wide. Zero communication skills couldnt get me out of the shop fast enough. Didnt even let me look in the mirror after she ripped out my brows with no consultation. Avoid avoid avoid
