However the receptionist gave and received wrong info on just about everything thing I asked about including that I had been there before so when I initially came for my appointment after rushing across town to get there on time I was turned away because they needed to do the patch test, which was also not explained to me. If you use their service be aware of the 24 hour patch test. It is common practice, but I was still slightly miffed that I was told a lower price and she charged me the full amount after all that. I would not have booked my appointment if I had been given the correct information.
