Chris removed old alarm system and fitted a new alarm system and video doorbell. Great communication and turned up on time to give initial quotes and to fit the alarm. Very happy with the quality of work carried out and instructions given. Chris removed all packaging and no mess. Would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Needing to get an alarm installed at relatively short notice to comply with insurance conditions, we were really pleased that Chris was able to rearrange his schedule to fit us in. Chris was able to offer good advice about sensor placement and options, and when during the install the comms module was found to be dead on arrival advised us quickly and arranged to come back and finish the install when the replacement module arrived. He even was able to delay fitting the replacement to work around a major hiccup with Openreach and a broadband install. The work was neat and tidy, and Chris even offered to duct the network cabling to connect the comms module to where our router was located. Thoroughly recommended.

Chris came with a recommendation and we were very lucky finding him. First job was a brand new alarm system for the whole house. The alarm system is very advanced, modern and best of all we own it ourselves. Second job was installing a CCTV system. 7 cameras later and Chris had done a fantastic job. With both jobs we were impressed with Chris' attention to details, focus on safety and security, technical expertise and research done for our tailor-made solution. We can recommend Castleview Security wholeheartedly! Edit: a year on and both systems are working great. Chris has been out on multiple occasions to fine tune the systems and to replace a battery when needed. All without any extra charges. A++ service!
