I used Anderson Transport to store my house belongings for 8 months whilst waiting on our house to be built. From start to finish its has been a professional service with great communication from all the team. We will definitely be using them again in the future!!

I received great service from the friendly folks at Anderson Transport. I stored my stuff there for years. They can help deposit items into your locker/unit. David was always quick to arrange access to the lockers/units when I needed to visit for depositing or removing items. I've used them twice for moving which was arranged well and went without a hitch.

Both myself and my family have used the YourJunk division and found this to be an excellent service. From making an initial enquiry online through to the team collecting our items, I can only say how professional a business this is. Cheaper than a skip and they commit to Recycle where possible. More recently I used the local removal division for my parents and agian what a truly exceptional service we received. Nicola, who ran the operational side of things, was a joy to deal with and she kept me informed throughout the whole process. The team who moved my parents were fantastic, courteous and very professional. Unfortunatey, there was a lenghty delay (not caused by Anderson Transport) with the move and, although very stressful for us, the team at Anderson Transport dealt with this in their stride and moved my parents in to their new property out of their usual working hours...and they never complained once! I would honestly have no hesitation in recommending their service to anyone needing to move house, junk removal, or any of their other services. Congratulations to Graham and his team for a wonderful experience and keep up the good work.

Booking: my initial query and follow-up emails were responded to very quickly indeed. Arranging a suitable time and day was easy and they were instantly flexible when I had to make a slight change late on. An invoice was sent within about 30 minutes of my request and payment was confirmed equally promptly. On the day itself: Staff arrived early and had a great attitude from start to finish: courteous, professional, efficient, dedicated and business-like. They were really well turned out and gave the firm impression they were part of an excellent company and team. They anticipated little problems (e.g. explained there might be some dust from the floor protectors, asked if it was okay to briefly step outside the rug to put something in place etc.) and were completely switched on to what they were doing. They observed physical distancing and wore face coverings etc. Overall: Really impressive outfit. Absolutely first class. 5 stars and the highest possible recommendation.
