        Flu jab booked for 1030hrs Saturday 20th November. Been booked since 6th November. Arrived at pharmacy to be told they don't do flu jabs on a Saturday. Drove 20mins to get here for a booked appointment. The shop manager apparently tried to phone everyone to cancel. I've had no missed calls, voicemails or emails cancelling the appointment. Utter waste of time.
