The food is absolutely delicious. I recommend the meat platter in the starters for non vegetarians. It's amazing. The staff is great and friendly. Lovely place. Will come back.

All the staff are very friendly and the food was too delicious. Unique taste of nepalese and indian food . Will definitely visit next time.

Had to write a review of this amazing restaurant. Got two takeaways about a week apart during our stay in Edinburgh. Both absolutely outstanding quality. Everything from the soft perfectly cooked nan bread to the fluffy delicious pilau rice and superb curries was mouth wateringly tasty. All dishes were piping hot and well packed. Good sized portions too and the prices are very reasonable. Service was prompt and most courteous. What more could you want. Highly recommended !!! Thank you to all at Gurkhas Penicuik for the lovely meals. We will certainly be returning on our next visit to Edinburgh.
