        Vape was not working after buying in January, staff were very helpfull and replaced it no problem, only gave 4 stars on this occasion but has nothing to do with the this store in particular but with VPZ it's self as had went to a different store with this problem and was told had to go to store it was purchased from even though they could see my purchase on till, this was very inconvenient as ment I had no vape until next day.

        Brilliant service here today from a young man Jake I am knew to all this cape and it just wasnt working for me . I bought everything online but it was a disaster so I nipped into this shop just when passing as didnt realise it was in Penicuik explained my problem and with the help of this young man iam a happy vapour now and will Be getting everything from this shop from now on as you cant beat the real person experience so huge thank you Jack
